These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cafe Merch Co website and services. By placing an order with Cafe Merch Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Artwork & Intellectual Property

1.1 Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready, high-quality artwork in accordance with our Artwork Guidelines. While our team takes reasonable care to achieve the best possible outcome, Cafe Merch Co is not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution files, incorrect formatting, or artwork supplied outside of these guidelines.

1.2 Artwork Review
If you are unsure whether your artwork meets our requirements, it is your responsibility to contact us prior to placing an order. Orders submitted with artwork that does not meet our guidelines may proceed at the customer’s risk.

1.3 Copyright & Legal Compliance
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own, or have obtained permission to use, all intellectual property rights associated with the design. This includes compliance with all applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

1.4 Indemnification
The customer accepts full responsibility for any legal claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of submitted artwork. Cafe Merch Co will not be held liable for infringement or misuse of intellectual property supplied by the customer.

2. Orders, Fulfilment & Collection

2.1 Customer Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order, arranging shipping, requesting order updates, or collecting orders. Cafe Merch Co is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

3. Liability & Right to Refuse Service

3.1 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Cafe Merch Co reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time and at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, inappropriate content, legal concerns, or operational limitations.

3.2 Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where an order is cancelled by Cafe Merch Co, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer using the details provided. Any payments received will be refunded via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cafe Merch Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

4. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

4.1 Custom Products
Custom-made or decorated garments are produced to order and are not eligible for refunds or returns due to change of mind.

4.2 Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If an order is faulty or does not match the approved artwork or order details, customers must notify Cafe Merch Co within 30 days of receipt for review.

4.3 Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Cafe Merch Co directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

5. Changes to These Terms
Cafe Merch Co reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
